As of 2018, CIL has relocated all journal operations to its new partner institution, Portland State University Libraries, and to the PDXScholar platform. The new URL for the journal is http://pdxscholar.library.pdx.edu/comminfolit/. Please change any bookmarks accordingly. Potential authors should also use this link to submit articles.
